The Universal Bands™ Tornado elastic band for high-load training is 7 meters long. The orange UB Tornado band has a larger diameter and thus provides higher resistance compared to the green UB Tornado band. Tornado bands allow you to perform Tornado wave exercises. The movement of the band through the air creates sounds similar to a storm, which is why the product is called Tornado. By using UB Tornado bands, you can perform high-intensity interval training and thus improve your motor and functional abilities.
